Do you accept returns?
At Bikini Chic we want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work, we offer easy returns under these conditions:
- We accept returns for store credit or exchanges. We do not currently offer refunds to original forms of payment.
- Promotional sales over 10% off are eligible for size exchanges only (if in stock) Items tagged as final sale are final sale. No exceptions.
- Exchanges/returns must be submitted within 15 days of receiving
- Once you’ve received your return shipping label, the return/exchange needs to be sent back within 7 business days of receipt. (if items are not shipped within 7 business days, the label will expire).
- Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Bikini Chic discretion to determine if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. Bikini Chic cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled suits.
Can I return a suit I purchased on sale or with a coupon code?
The following conditions are final sale. No exchanges or store credit
- Items over 10% off with a coupon code or automatic coupon
- All jewelry and accessories (jewelry, sandals, towels, hats, handbags, sunglasses.)
- Items stated as final sale
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
In the unlikely event we missed the mark and you received something that is incorrect or has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will fix the issue with a replacement (given it is in stock).
- We take photographs of all orders at the time of shipment to make sure our team is providing the BEST service possible.
How to Return Merchandise
Please affix the label to your package, include a copy of your invoice, take the package to the nearest drop off location for the specified carrier and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is traceable and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records
You can use a carrier of your choice to ship your return to the address below or for your convenience, we will email you a prepaid shipping label when your return is approved (US customers only). we will deduct the $10 shipping fee from your refund.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM EST will process the following business day.
Shipping method chosen at checkout does not include processing time. If you are on a deadline, please reach out to Bikini Chic support for additional assistance.

What is RE:DO free return label and shipping protection?
With RE:DO added to cart at time of purchase, you get the following features:
- A free return label provided to use for an exchange or store credit
- Shipping insurance with your order to replace and cover lost or stolen packages at the time of delivery. If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be given for the purchase price of the item.
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be made within 30 days of delivery
