Do you accept returns?
Our unique swimwear is handmade in small batches keeping them exclusive
- We accept returns for store credit or exchanges. We do not currently offer refunds to original forms of payment.
- Promotional sales over 20% off are eligible for size exchanges only (if in stock) Items tagged as final sale are final sale. No exceptions.
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges unless they have purchased our RE:DO service at checkout. If you did not purchase, you can still obtain a return shipping label through our return portal.
- Exchanges/returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving
- Once you’ve received your return shipping label, the return/exchange needs to be sent back within 14 business days of receipt. (if items are not shipped within 14 business days, the label will expire).
- BEFORE shipping us back your Crush, items MUST be: unworn/unwashed, have tags attached and liners in place (please try on swimwear over underwear).
*If we receive a suit that has been worn, not taken care of, or not in its original condition, we will send the suit back to you without exchange or refund, and we have the right to ban you from future purchases from our store.
Can I return a suit I purchased on sale or with a coupon code?
The following conditions are final sale. No exchanges or store credit
- Items over 20% off with a coupon code or automatic coupon
- All jewelry and accessories
- Items stated as final sale
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
In the unlikely event we missed the mark and you received something that is incorrect or has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will fix the issue with a replacement (given it is in stock).
- We take photographs of all orders at the time of shipment to make sure our team is providing the BEST service possible.
What is RE:DO free return label and shipping protection?
With RE:DO added to cart at time of purchase, you get the following features:
- A free return label provided to use for an exchange or store credit
- Shipping insurance with your order to replace and cover lost or stolen packages at the time of delivery. If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be given for the purchase price of the item.
- Claims for lost or damaged packages must be made within 30 days of delivery
